Why is my hair suddenly shedding?
Rapid weight loss, having a baby, or intense stress can push extra hairs into their resting phase — a few months later they shed at once. It has a name (telogen effluvium), it's common, and for most people it's temporary. If it's severe or lasting, talk to your doctor too.
